It contains a combination of Aluminum Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide, which neutralize stomach acid, and Simethicone, which reduces gas bubbles in the digestive tract. This combination provides effective relief from discomfort caused by excess stomach acid and gas. Dosage: For adults, the usual dosage is 10-20 ml taken after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare provider.
