Description

Glentel AMH 40mg tablets are a combination medication used to manage hypertension (high blood pressure) and diabetic nephropathy in patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus. Each tablet contains Telmisartan, Amlodipine, and Hydrochlorothiazide. Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that helps relax blood vessels. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that helps reduce fluid retention by increasing urine output. Dosage/Directions Adults: The typical dosage is 1 tablet once daily, taken with or without food. The dosage may be adjusted based on the patient’s response and blood pressure levels.
