Description

Finosin Tablets contain a combination of finasteride (5mg) and tamsulosin (0.4mg). Finasteride is a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor that reduces the size of the enlarged prostate, while tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate. This combination is used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), such as difficulty urinating, weak stream, and frequent urination. Dosage/Directions: The typical dosage for adults is one tablet taken once daily, approximately 30 minutes after the same meal each day. Side Effects: Common side effects include dizziness, decreased sexual ability/desire, headache, and nasal congestion.
