Description

Ebastel Solution 5mg/5ml (120ml) is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, itching, and runny nose. It is also effective in treating urticaria (hives) by reducing the release of histamine in the body. The recommended dosage for adults and children over 12 years is 10 ml (equivalent to 10 mg) once daily. For children aged 6-12 years, the dose is 5 ml once daily. The solution should be measured with a dosing spoon or cup. Common side effects include drowsiness, dry mouth, and headache. Less common side effects may include nausea, dizziness, and abdominal pain. Avoid using this medication if allergic to ebastine or any of its ingredients.
