AngiLock Plus 50/12.5 Tablets 30’s contain Losartan 50mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg. This combination medication is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Losartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that helps relax blood vessels, while Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that helps reduce excess fluid in the body by increasing urine output. Dosage/Directions Take the prescribed dose as directed by your healthcare provider. Take with or without food. Complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve. Side Effects Common side effects may include dizziness, fatigue, nasal congestion, and back pain.
