Silver Sulfadiazine (Flazine) 15g is a topical cream containing silver sulfadiazine 1%. It is used to prevent and treat infections in second- and third-degree burns. The cream works by killing bacteria or preventing their growth, which helps to prevent infection and promote healing Dosage/Directions Dosage: Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area Frequency: As needed, but follow the instructions on the packaging or as directed by your healthcare provider Directions: Clean the affected area before application. Do not cover with a bandage unless directed by your doctor Side Effects Common side effects may include skin irritation, itching, or redness at the application site. If you experience any severe side effects or signs of an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider immediately
