Seretide 50/100 Accuhaler (also known as Seretidea/Haler 50/100mcg) contains two active ingredients: Salmeterol 50 mcg and Fluticasone Propionate 100 mcg. It is used to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Salmeterol is a long-acting bronchodilator that helps keep the airways open, making it easier to breathe, while Fluticasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and irritation in the lungs. Dosage/Directions Dosage: One inhalation twice daily (morning and evening). Directions: Use the Accuhaler as directed by your doctor. Slide the lever to prepare a dose, breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and inhale deeply. Side Effects Common side effects may include sore throat, cough, headache, hoarseness of voice, and oral thrush.
