Description

Safetelmi 40mg contains telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension). It works by relaxing blood vessels, allowing for smoother blood flow, thereby lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attack or stroke.
