Description

Postinor-2 tabs 2s, commonly known as the morning-after pill, contain Levonorgestrel, a synthetic hormone used as an emergency contraceptive. It is designed to prevent pregnancy when taken within 72 hours (3 days) of unprotected intercourse. Postinor-2 works by delaying ovulation, preventing fertilization, or altering the uterine lining to prevent implantation. Dosage/Directions Adults: Take one 750 μg tablet as soon as possible within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. Take the second 750 μg tablet 12 hours after the first dose. If vomiting occurs within 2 hours of taking a tablet, consult a doctor for an additional tablet. Follow your doctor’s instructions for any additional guidance.
