Panadol Period Pain Tablets are formulated to provide effective relief from menstrual cramps and other period-related pains. Each tablet contains 500mg of Paracetamol and 65mg of Caffeine. Paracetamol acts as a pain reliever and fever reducer, while Caffeine enhances the pain-relieving effects of Paracetamol and helps to increase alertness. These tablets offer up to 37% more powerful pain relief compared to standard Paracetamol tablets. Dosage/Directions Adults and children over 16 years: Take 2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not take for more than 10 days without medical advice. Swallow tablets with water. Side Effects Common side effects may include nausea, stomach pain, and insomnia. Rare side effects include allergic reactions, liver damage, and increased heart rate.
