Gabbroral 250mg tablets contain Paromomycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic used to treat various intestinal infections, including amoebiasis, cryptosporidiosis, and giardiasis. Dosage/Directions Adults: The typical dosage for intestinal infections is 25-35 mg/kg/day, divided into three doses taken with meals for 5-10 days.
