How to use
For 100 ml reconstituted feed, empty the entire 42 g sachet of PentaSure DLS in a glass. Add 66 ml of previously boiled and cooled water. Stir thoroughly and consume immediately. For tube feeding, follow Physician’s or Dietician’s direction.
