Klacid Syrup 125mg/5ml 50ml is an antibiotic syrup containing Clarithromycin, used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. Clarithromycin works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, thereby stopping bacterial growth. The typical dosage for children is 7.5 mg/kg body weight per day, divided into two or three doses.
