Description

TAMEPYN Tablets 20’s is a combination medication used for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever. Each tablet contains Paracetamol (450 mg), Codeine Phosphate (10 mg), Doxylamine Succinate (5 mg), and Caffeine (50 mg). Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effects, while Codeine Phosphate offers additional pain relief. Doxylamine Succinate has sedative and antihistaminic properties, and Caffeine helps enhance the pain-relieving effects of Paracetamol. Dosage/Directions Take one tablet every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain relief. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Swallow the tablet whole with water, and avoid taking it on an empty stomach to reduce the risk of stomach upset. Side Effects Common side effects include constipation, headache, drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, and stomach pain.
